Cárnicas Muñoz Sánchez, S.L. is a family business located in Alcarria, in the Castilian mountains. Founded in 1994, it has always been dedicated to meat products, specializing in cracklings and rinds.
TENDILLA, the name that gives rise to its brand, is a small town in Castilla La Mancha, province of Guadalajara, whose 14th century Goods Fair contributed to the exchange of spices, textile articles, jewelry, silverware and, above all, food among which pork derivatives, which are well bred in the region, predominated. Thus, the most delicious recipes for pork rinds, cracklings and bacon emerged.
